As early as 1828, the Munich art professor Max Haushofer recognised Lake Chiemsee as a source of inspiration and founded the Frauenchiemsee Artists' Colony. In 2016, atelier damböck also moved to Chiemgau – more precisely to the university town of Rosenheim.
Since then, experienced designers and interior design students in the Rosenheim creative team have been working on forward-looking room stagings for global players. The team takes inspiration from underwater scenes at Lake Chiemsee and the peak on the Kampenwand mountain, as well as diving deep into the vastness of virtual reality.
And what are the achievements of this hard work? A lot of top-class design awards!
